Founded in 2016, InterlinkLaw LLP is a top-tier boutique law firm that provides bespoke immigration law services to international and domestic clients. The Team

Our team has decades of practical experience handling a variety of immigration matters for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses, celebrities, scientists, educators, athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs. MANVEL VASILYEV-AIRUMIAN

After graduating from Duke Law School, Manvel Vasilyev was admitted to practice as an attorney in New York. Prior to founding IntelinkLaw, Mr. Vasilyev was a partner with an international law firm. He has practiced with several of the most prominent regional and national Law firms in the United States. In more than 20 years of legal practice, Mr. Vasilyev has represented celebrities, prominent scientists and athletes, entrepreneurs, and some of the world's largest corporations in a variety of US visa and immigration matters.

DENIS VOLKOV

After graduating from University of Minnesota Law School, Denis Volkov was admitted to practice as an attomey in North Carolina. Prior to joining IntelinkLaw, Mr. Volkov practiced with a prominent law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. His major areas of concentration are litigation and immigration. A native of Moscow, Russia, Denis is fluent in English and Russian.

VLADA SAMATOVA

Ms. Samatova mainly focuses her practice in immigration law. She represents clients in their matters pending with USCIS and also in removal proceedings. Ms. Samatova is frequently appearing before the Charlotte, NC, Immigration Court, and has also represented clients in Orlando, FL, and Lumpkin, GA, Courts. Ms. Samatova has successfully represented many clients in their Asylum and Cancellation of Removal cases. She has also assisted hundreds of clients in the preparation and filing of family-based petitions, petitions for Removal of Conditions, Special Immigrant Juvenile Petitions, U-Visas, applications for naturalization and employment authorizations. Ms. Samatova was born and raised in Russia. As an immigrant herself, Ms. Samatova understands and appreciates the worries and hardships her clients have to go through. Ms. Samatova’s goal is to use her knowledge and experience of the law in order to get the best legal outcome for all her clients. Ms. Samatova speaks fluent English, Russian and Spanish and is proud to serve the diverse community.

MINAL PATEL

Ms. Patel focuses her practice in immigration law. Ms. Patel has successfully represented hundreds of clients with their family-based petitions, adjustments, K-Visas, waivers, consular processing, petitions to remove conditions on residency, naturalization, U-Visas, SIJS and DACA applications. Ms. Patel has represented many clients at their USCIS appointments in the Charlotte and surrounding area USCIS field offices. Ms. Patel was born and raised in the United Kingdom prior to immigrating to the United States. Ms. Patel developed a passion for immigration law as a teenager, when she helped her family navigate the immigration process. Ms. Patel personally understands her clients concerns and is dedicated to assisting them through this difficult process. Ms. Patel speaks fluent English, Gujarati, and Hindi and is proud to serve her community.
